COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Deutschmann Automation TN65 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dresser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dong-Do-Co.-Ltd. parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynamic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dresser such as the 2387P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ML4P2 manufactured by Dong-Do-Co.-Ltd. and we are pleased to be able to service most Dong-Do-Co.-Ltd. systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QES1508055 by Manufacturer Dynamic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dolan-Jenner Brand SSTV in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Druck such as PTX611 equipment made by Druck have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Druck products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Druck" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M90016 made by Duff-norton as well as the popular M9802 original spares produced by Duff-norton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 77358A11 by Dmg-Mori and PTX611 spares by Druck are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M25559 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Duff-norton. |
